Warranty Information

Your Manufacture George J von Burg is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The international Warranty Certificate enclosed together with this booklet will be honored by any official Manufacture George J von Burg appointed repair center and/or dealer.

You must make sure you store your International Warranty Certificate in a safe and secure location. In the unlikely event your Manufacture George J von Burg automatic chronograph watch needs to be repaired or serviced, you will be required to send this certificate together with your watch.

Important Note: Any repair or other operation carried out on your Manufacture George J von Burg watch must be done by an official and appointed Manufacture George J von Burg repair center and/or dealer. Should any repair prove necessary during the warranty period, you must present or mail (by registered post) your Manufacture George J von Burg watch together with its International Warranty Certificate to your nearest Manufacture George J von Burg repair center and/or dealer.

The present Warranty does not cover: Theft, loss or acts of God, accidents (including blows, shocks and crushing) or consequences of natural disasters, damage resulting from mistreatment or improper use, damage from any tempering with the watch by any party other than an official service center and/or dealer, Wear and tear from normal use and aging.

Please note: The present International warranty does not in any way cancel, restrict or otherwise affect any legally recognized consumer right or privilege in the country in which the watch is purchased.

IMPORTANT

Should any repair prove necessary during the warranty period, you must present or mail (registered post) your Manufacture George J von Burg watch together with its International warranty card to your nearest Manufacture George J von Burg repair center and/or dealer. Please remember to forward your watch and International Warranty Certificate in a suitably protective packaging. Please also remember to insure the package against loss, in case it is lost during transit.
