property of VON BURG USA, LLC. until full payment has been received. Shipping
charges and taxes are not included in the prices. Washington State
residents must pay a 8.8% sales tax. Out of state residents are exempt
from sales taxes. Each
chronograph comes with a one year limited warranty against manufacturing
or material defects.

Ordering:
All merchandise
remains the property of Von Burg USA until full payment is received.
Shipping:
Shipping charges will be added to cost of the
watch being purchased. Taxes will be charged for Washington State
residents. All other residents are exempt from taxes.
Delivery:
All orders will be shipped directly to the
address of the credit card holder. In-stock watches will be shipped within
2 business days from receipt. Please allow 2-4 weeks for special orders.
Privacy:
Von Burg USA will not provide buyers
information to third parties.
